Description

This is my rendition of the David Bowtie! SO EASY! I used the butt end of a knitting needle to flip right way out.

This project would have been easier with fusible interfacing rather than the sew-in I used.

I used clearance 100% homespun fabric from Jo-ann’s, loved the look but it was a tad difficult to sew because the weave was very loose and the fabric got distorted!

Material Notes

clearance 100% Cotton homespun fabric from Jo-Ann’s, sew in mid weight interfacing

I made David’s bowtie and my boyfriend said that it was too short, even when it was adjusted as far as it could go.. Did you have trouble tying it, or does my boyfriend not know how to tie ties?
