I have made my mums old skirt into a cute summer singlet that I just need to do a few more things on and then I can put it on burda style. I will let you know when I upload it to my Studio.

Thanks so much for your sweet comment. So many projects on Burda inspire me, so it’s great that I could inspire someone else in turn.

This is a really cool revamp. You did such a great job and I like it alot. Im glad you could see that it wasnt flattering and you needed to do something different with it. Im doing that with alot of my stuff and other people old clothes, to give them a new look.

Hey, thanks so much for the positive comment! I’d love to see more revamped looks on Burda. I think that’s why many of us sew, either because we can’t find the clothes that match our personality and body type, or because we can’t afford the ones that do. I’d love to see some of your projects.

This is cool! I showed my mum i was so impressed. Im really liking the whole restyle thing these days and my mums getting into it now too. Its great when someones creative juices flow into making something useful when they could throw it away. Inspiring
