I had some olive green garb left over from my winter stash and since it’s very light I didn’t want to make anything too structured with it. I got a Slenderette pattern off of ebay and went to work. It was a fairly easy pattern though it took me weeks since I ended up not having a zipper to match and then running out of cover buttons. I didn’t want to buy a $18 ticket to Manhattan for $3 buttons so I had to mail out for it. More at my blog, Vintage Bobbin.
2 yds Wool Garb, 7 1" 1/4 cover buttons, and a 22 metal zipper.
