Southend On Sea,...
I used a pair of medium weight cotton curtains I got for £4.50 in the charity shop and turned them into a 2 piece. A full circle skirt with side invisible zip. drafted own pattern but skirt a bit big as I’ve lost weight, when lose more I’ll put a pleat in the front, and a simple pull on top with front and back darts. used bias binding to finish neck line as I only had 1 1/2 hours to make the top from scratch. The suit came out well and is lovely to wear. I added belt loops to skirt. On the shoes added a suffolk punch and button detail
Trousers, blazers, and blouses in cool neutrals have model-off-duty style.
