This is the 2nd time I’ve used this pattern: Vintage Butterick 2638. It is such a comfortable dress to wear and I love the midriff section. Not too painful to put together but it did seem to take me longer this time for some reason. I have no idea what the fabric is. I do know it is 100% natural and very soft. A friend of mine was getting rid of a bag of fabric and I almost took her arm off when she offered it to me!
I’m so happy to have found a home for those little ‘target’ buttons too!
