This is a blouse I made out of two old blouses which were torn (the white one) and didn’t fit me (the dark one), yet were made out of good quality fabric (100% silk!) that I wanted to save. It was a pattern from a German magazine from 1943, when re-fashioning was an absolute necessity… I left the pattern entirely original, I only had to make it about 1-2 sizes smaller. All in all a very straight-forward project, fast, yet so satisfying! For more details, please head over to my blog Of Dreams and Seams
