Description

Last summer I helped a friend of mine to make 50 pair of pants for a theatrel production. He is fashion designer and works mostly for theatres. I fell in love with these pants and decided to make one for my own. It was the right project to start with in 2014. I am happy with the result, but as always there are some little things which can be better. The pants are linned in the front.
The shirt is one of my first projects form about 6 years ago.

Very, very nice, Beautiful tailoring. What interfacing did you use? I have just made a pair of work pants for my partner and was not happy with the iron-on interfacing I used for the back pockets. Your welt pockets and the inner waistband are just beautiful :)

thank you very much for your compliments! I used an iron-on cotton canvas. It’s strong and moves better with the fabric than vliseline. The ready made inner waistband is very usefull and gives this kind of professional touch, you can buy it on internet or in a good haberdashery. I have used it for the first time and I am pleased with it.
