Description

I made this for the Great Gatsby Challenge. I found the draping instructions for this 1924 dress on a vintage website and I followed them almost exactly – just left out the shirring in the back.

My silk chicken fabric may not be entirely in the spirit of the 1920s, but it reminded me of art deco and I loved it! I also made the hat, tie, and brooch to bring the whole look together.
