Description

I love the late 18th Century fashions and especially with the rich fabrics or flowing trains. I’ve long wanted a dress like one in The Scarlet Pimpernel or Pirates of the Caribbean or The Slipper and the Rose. So this is that dress, and just for fun I’ll add the other colonial dress I did as a follow up for my sister.
(I used a Simplicity Pattern for this, number 4092)

Material Notes

I actually went to an upholstery store to get what I wanted. I wanted the heavier fabrics for this type of project.
