Wellington, New ...
The 1830’s ensemble consists of a corset, bustle, petticoat, over-skirt and bodice, and a bonnet. Taking about 200 hours to complete, it was all made during my first year of Costume Construction training at Toi Whakaari.
Photographs are taken by Leah Reilly, and my model is Bridget Carpenter.
To see more of my creations / keep up with what I’m doing please feel free to “like” me on facebook – http://www.facebook.com/jessiCATsewing :), and if you’d like to check out this ensemble in action, some footage of it can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=OcQdsEjB-oM. :) :)
