Look I put together super last minute for www.projectsewn.com Fashion Era Challenge. It started as a dare and a joke t-shirt, and then quickly spiraled out of control with me adding a corseted blazer (McCall’s 3949 c.1974) and floral jeans (Jalie 2908). The tee is Sew Much Ado’s Seafarer pattern, with shortened cuffs and the added graphic with Transfer Artist Paper. The corset was added to the blazer by inserting belt loops into the back fish-eye darts. The jeans are out of upholstery fabric, cut on the bias. I kind of really love all of it, a lot. full details and more pictures on my blog HERE
Tee: super soft, super thin jersey knit, graphic added with Transfer Artist Paper (coolest stuff ever)
Jacket: lightweight denim and leather lacing
Jeans: upholstery fabric, cut on the bias (feels like a thick linen)
