The other week I decided to use my 1/4 circle skirt circumference measurement to create this skirt. I initially made the navy blue panel and came to the conclusion that it looked too much like a netball skirt. Don’t get me wrong I love netball, but I choose not to incorporate into my everyday dress:) I added the bottom olive green section to create a maxi.

MAKE THIS SKIRT
You can make a similar skirt by following my circle skirt tutorial. Use the 1/4 circumference measurement. I made the skirt with a medium weight cotton and a thin cotton. I love the flow of the thin cotton, it looks really nice when I walk.. The grain line of the olive green fabric runs downwards.
TOP
The top is from the Burdastyle August Herbst mag. This is the first of 3 that I have made. I love the cut of the top!
