I have read these instructions and the V-neck dress. Is it possible they have the instructions reversed? The dress talks about cuffs and button holes and the blouse does not. Either way going to make both !!!!!

This blouse/top is gorgeous and flattering for almost every figure, i can’t wait to find the pattern to make this for myself i love it, sexy and chic.
