This is a variation of pattern 120A. The pdf pattern is the same. The required materials for this variation are:

wool crêpe, 140 cm (55 ins) wide: 2.20 – 2.20 – 2.25 – 2.25 – 2.25 m (21/2 – 21/2 – 25/8 – 25/8 – 25/8 yds). ­Petersham ribbon, 1 cm (3/8 in): 1.20 m (13/8 yds). Vilene/Pellon G 785. Invisible zips, one zip 60 cm (24 ins) long and two zips 22 cm (9 ins) long, a special presser foot.

    The picture is very charming, but somehow I doubt this dress would be figure-flattering on anyone. The depth of the ruffles seem to make it worse.
