I don’t understand what fabric is used for this? Is it just knit ? Is it lined?

Can’t wait to make this one. I wish I could resurrect the fab stretch silk from Mood that ended in a super fail for this pattern! I’m going to make mine in yellow. Has anyone dl the pattern? If so, do you think it could be done w/a cotton instead of fabric w/some stretch?
