Step 17 Sew ends of shoulder tabs in place
Pass each tab through a loop. Next to sleeve attachment seam, fold tab back toward neck edge and sew end of tab in place, approx. 2 cm (3/4 in) from the edge, with a small cross -stitch, by hand, thereby also catching the facing.
