For the ease pleat, stitch along the marked centre back of lining, from upper edge down and from slit mark up, each approx. 5 cm (2 ins) long (19). Press pleat to one side. Stitch section seams – also on peplum – and stitch shoulder seams, side seams and sleeve seams. Press the seams open. Stitch the peplum to lower edge of lining. Set in sleeve linings.
