Step 8 Neck
Stitch the centre back seam of the neck edge flounce. Trim seam allowances, neaten together, and press to one side. Press allowance on outer flounce edge to inside, turn half in, and stitch. Tack flounce to front and back neck edges, above markings (seam number 2).
