Stitch the shoulder seams of the facing. Press the seam allowance open.
Pin the facing right sides together with the blouse, catching the flounces and tie bands. Stitch along front and neck edges. Turn facing forward and up and stitch to seam allowances, close to joining seam. Turn in allowance at bottom ends of facing. Turn facing to inside and sew to hem edge and to shoulder seams.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
