I just started working on this and I’m just about ready to cut the pieces out. I noticed there isn’t any indication in the pattern as to how long the zipper should be. And what is a fastening belt? Guidance appreciated!

I am working on this cape and love how it looks. But the pattern doesn’t have any indication or help on sizing. I picked something in the middle thinking a cape doesn’t need to be fitted. But my cape turns out really big on me. I will need to take it apart to resize it. Also there’s no instruction on sewing the armholes. I guess that’s where I need to be creative. Other than that. it’s a good project.
