Long Beach, Cali...
I made the of Decades of Style’s One Yard Apron pattern for Christmas presents this year. I added a ruffle along the bottom, hence the extra 1/4 yd. The Reversible version actually uses 2 yards of fabric, one for each side.
The pattern is sized rather large. After the first one I shortened the neck opening, and that made the fit much better. Other reviews I’ve read of the pattern suggested using a button instead of the ties if you are not big around the waist, but I found that wrapping the ties around to the front worked fine for me.
I made two other aprons, but can’t find pictures of them. I guess I was hurrying to get them wrapped and forgot. Now they’ve been given away to people in other states who I’ll have to beg for photos to post.
