Step 4 Patch pockets
Stitch pocket lining to self-facing of each pocket piece, leaving about 5 cm (2 ins) open in the centre, for turning. Press seam allow¬ances onto lining pieces. Fold facings and lining outward and stitch to side and lower pocket edges. Turn pockets right side out and press. Sew seam openings closed. Pin pockets to fronts, at abutting lines, and sew in place by hand.
