Fold bias strips in half lengthwise, wrong side facing in. Lay piping cord inside the fold. Use the zipper foot of your sewing machine to stitch close to piping cord. Baste piping to section seam edges and to front pocket opening edges so that piping cord lies toward garment piece, next to marked seam line.
