Step 12 Sleeve bands
Stitch narrow edges of each sleeve band together. Stitch sleeve bands to lower edges of sleeves. Press seam allowances onto bands. Fold bands half to inside, turn raw edge under, and baste to ¬joining seam. Topstitch bands close to join¬ing seam.
