Lay lower side front pieces (3) right sides together with lower center front pieces (2). Line up, pin and sew the front section seams (seam 1, marked on pattern).
Lay the lower back pieces (6) right sides together with the lower center back pieces (5). Line up, pin and sew the section seams from upper edges to slit mark.
Press the seam allowances open and neaten the edges by zigzag or over lock.
