I actually have a couple pairs of panties with zippers, one with a side zip like these. I like them and will probably try to make these. I’m not saying that they are for sleeping exactly, but they do get worn.

Zip-up panties are one of the weirder ideas that BS magazine has had lately. I suppose they would be fine made in a stretch fabric, eliminating the side zipper altogether. Otherwise I can only imagine them as part of a Rockettes costume or something.
