Trace the pattern pieces from the pattern sheet. Follow lines and details for style 103. Trace the front fac¬ing from piece 2 as a separate pattern piece. Trace the pocket piece from piece 7 as a separate pattern ¬piece – it is the same for all sizes.
The buttonholes on piece 2 are marked for size 38. For sizes 40 – 46, mark the top buttonhole the same dis¬tance from neck edge as for size 38. The bottom buttonhole (seam) is the same for all sizes. Mark the remaining buttonhole exactly half-way between upper and lower buttonholes. Meas¬ure buttonhole spacing on piece 2 then mark buttonholes on piece 7 in same manner.
Seam and hem allowances:
Seams and edges 1.5 cm (5/8 in), hem 3 cm (11/4 ins), sleeve hems 2 cm (3/4 in). (Flare hem allowances).
