this pattern immediately caught my eyes as I bought the BS-Magazine. I have sewn a sample of this shirt from a rest piece of Jersey. Unfortunately the excerpt of the shirt is a bit to far for me and the upper sleeves are a little close. I modified the pattern for me – I will show the result soon.

zaarissima: last weekend I also made a testversion, but the fit was’nt good. The neckline is much to low and to me, there is too much width in the front.
Anyway – this patten is an interesting phenomenon: everyone all over the burda sewing world loves it… it is the little sister of the famous galaxi dress. ;-)
(FurthermoreI know the similar vogue pattern 2980 and I also have such a pattern in my old ‘Brigitte Sonderheft von 1992’)
