This dress was based on the Louisa Drop-Waist Dress pattern. Before I start sewing I found a lot of information about the 20’s. It was an amazing time. It was a time of cutting loose and having fun. I just fell in love with this period of history.
I decided to change the bottom of the dress and made bias cut asymmetrical skirt and inserted godet into the right seam. In addition to the style I made a fabric flower.
I used a silk satin fabric for the dress. For the flower – silk satin and chiffon.
