Thanks for the comment on my dress. I love all of your creations, especially the asymmetrical cardigan in knit. I just bought a bunch of knit fabrics to start experimenting. Maybe I’ll try the simplicity pattern. Thanks again!

I created two pattern pieces out of the waistband, which I just added pictures to on the creation page for you :o) For the inside of the waistband though I I cute them out together as one, next to eachother… does that make sense? I really should have taken photos as I constructed them because it’s hard to describe, though not amazingly hard to actually do :o)

Hi theluxuriousvagabond, I think you’d like the projects from the Alabama stitch book. The corset is so form-flattering and the reverse applique that Chanin uses has a very edgy modern look to it. I checked out your blog. You make good clothes, the seams are so well done. It doesn’t look homemade (ironically that is a compliment, odd no?) Hope to see more of your creations here. If you decide to try the alabama chanin projects keep me posted. Good luck.

Thanks for your comment on my bag! I’ll try and put up a how-to so everyone can have one – I noticed your birds skirt the other day – love everything about it.

Hi, that time I didn’t take the pictures myself. I had the idea and could convince my dad to go to the field with me. There he got my camera and some instructions from which positions he should shoot, haha. So I think it was good teamwork. Thank you for the comment! : ) Have a nice day!
