    I just saw on your latest project post that you won a serger from Burdastyle… How did you win yours? I just won a new Bernina sewing machine via the apron remake challenge… should be picking it up sometime next week! I would love to hear how you won your serger- it sure is great fun winning things isn’t it?!

      I just entered the Holiday Drawing!! there were over 4000 entries. I am still in shock!

      that is amazing… I am jealous- a pfaff serger huh? what model? My serger is like my right hand in sewing, I use it for everything possible- I couldn’t recommend Sew U Knits by Wendy more for some great basic knit patterns and and whole lot of education on how to use and maximize your serger. Don’t be like me and never change the thread/tension/setting for the first 6 months… lets just say learning to do the roll hem changed sewing for me! Congrats to you and thanks for the reply- enjoy that serger!

    Thank you for your advice regarding my sewing machine. I’ll try it when I am confronted with that problem again (at the moment it’s disappeared, but it always comes back after a while).
