Thank you for your kind thoughts. All my friends have been so supportive and make sure that I eat properly. I will not be sewing for a while as I have packed machines away and removed the table to make room for a fold down bed – as my son is to stay over Christmas. Then I am to re-f fit this spare room to take a sofa bed and will move the sewing area into the large bedroom. It will take a while as other friends are helping me. Tomorrow I am going to wear the long -time coming outfit as I did not get a chance after my husband took the photos of it for my studio. I am going to join friends at dancing ( not dancing myself ) for coffee and mincemeat pies in the afternoon.

Thanks for the message. I only saw it today. I wish you a good New Year. I’m sure it will not be easy . My thoughts are with you.

The bib was for a friend – my husband is featured in my projects wearing a drape jacket for rock n roll. Nevertheless I thank you for your kind thoughts.

How old is your daughter now? I’ve been sewing for the same dance teacher for about 25 years. Since my daughter started dancing with her.

She is 15 years old. Would be great to have such a seamstress like you and such wonderful costumes for the competitions but the budget for our local dance club is always low.

Do you sew your daughters costumes or do they get a seamstress to make it? You are so talented yourself.

Oh – my daughter recently changed her dancing group and I don’t know how it works now, but I guess they will buy some outfits.? I am not really talented myself and it would take to much time to create something ( I only have time at the weekends) – but I have to admit… you are a shining example… and who knows what tomorrow will bring… . ;-)
