I've been sewing for about 16 years now. I LOVE IT!!! Initially, I sewed because I couldn't afford the clothes I liked in the retail stores. Couldn't understand why they were so expensive with very little - if any - design details. Now it's more of a creative outlet for me, and with 3 girls, I get to sew all the ruffles and lace I want!!
