Hi there!
The fabric I used for this skirt and dress is called Mirror Ball Dot by Michael Miller.
I got mine at a local craft shop, Fancy Tiger, but I found a website that may sell it.

This particular fabric is cotton with dots that are printed on top of the surface of the fabric. It’s got great shape so I would recommend it for evening styles with some shape to it.
