hi sqirrellypoo – I was just scrolling down the forum and saw the london thread and your last answer – I live in london too and one thing that seems IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of are zippers with metal teeth in colours other than beige, grey or black. For instance open end ones for jackets, or shorter ones for bags. Maybe you have come across anywhere?

Thank you for the compliment on my coat, I am happy that you like it! now that i think about it — i could have uploaded them as an office outfit with my jj blouse and sidonie skirt hit myself on the head i was just a few days late!

ryc: no way! tailored jackets frighten me. but anyway, it was shockingly easy. the trick to re-upholstering…a really good staple gun. ;)

Thank you! it was kind of a mistake cause i cut the pattern to big so when i put it on for the first time they were at my waist so i just went with that, and kept pulling in the back and front to make it work!
If you put it on your list now they’ll be ready and waiting for summer!

Hi Thank you for nice comment on my Kasia skirt. I am glad that you like it.
I actually made this Kasia to try this pattern, so I used only the leftovers, but now I am happy with how it’s turned out and I like to where it.
