hey! thanks for the nice comment. well im sure there are lots of different ways you could make that skirt. Well i kinda looked at pictures of other skirts like it and i looked at a mens button up shirt to figure out how to do the button section in front. also there is a party skirt how to (http://www.burdastyle.com/howtos/show/202) and that is a heplful guide for any gathered skirt. i hope this helps a little =]
