I'm a Navy wife and have always been fascinated with fashion! I am a licensed cosmetologist, and my interest in sewing has just recently been renewed, I can't seem to get enough of it! The dress in this photo was one of my first projects in a very long time! I made this gown for the Navy Ball in Erie, PA. Oct. 3, 2009.
