Hello, Thanks so much for your comment on my pvc corset. I tried using tissue paper to prevent the pvc from sticking to my machine, but I had a hard time getting a the little bits of paper out from under the thread. Anyway, your little monsters are so cute!

Hi ! For the Nicola pants, I didn’t do any alerations to the pattern. I made a size 38 and had no problems for the fit.
For kasia, it is really a “tight” pattern, so I’m lucky because the fabric I used is a little stretchy. I used a size 38 here to, but I lengthened the pattern (because I’m taller than 168cm) and I tightened the waistband with 4,5 cm to adjust to my body. Anyway, I think if you don’t use stretchy fabric, you should be careful !

Hi there scrumptiousdelight. I’m so surprised you say you have trouble with your photos- yours are among my favourites on this site! Thankyou for your tips, it gives me hope if you have little natural light but are able to still get such nice shots. I’m going to get some editing software, free download… You’re right about the flash! Why were they even invented they always make people look like deer caught in headlights!

Well yes, hello it’s me again. Your “wall” is getting quite littered with my shoes! Anyway, just wanted to say I finally took the time to sit down and look at all your creations here on Burda and on your Etsy site. I’m just so impressed, just blown over by your skill and talent. Really, and not only your exquisite sewing, but the background and personality you give the characters you’ve created. They are indeed scrumptious and delightful. I commented on one of them that you should be writing children’s books.

Yes, I’ll post photos of the bow ties. As unproductive as I’ve been, I need to take every possible opportunity to post a creation:)

omigosh that is a fabulous idea, cause then the cat could play with the light/thingy dangling there in front of the opening of the mouth! genious. you should definitely make a pattern for one and post it, or sell it, whatever!

Hey there, and thanks a lot for your comment on my Kasia skirt…
I found the size quite like what I usually wear… I mostly use size 40(eur) and made the skirt in a size 40, and it fitted! Good luck ;)

How sweet of your other half to hunt down a fabric shop for you in your new city. The way you described it, I have a vision of you (well of someone ‘cause I’ve no idea what you look like) in a huge pile of fake fur, colors flying. So glad you had a good day, and I hope the new town feels like home soon.

oh your toys are so much fun! about the anitas…i used my measurement and the first pair came out great, and then i made a second pair and somehow they are way bigger than the other ones. and of course i didn’t try them on while making them because i figured they’d be the same size as the others. one of these days i’ll have to redo the second pair. soooo frustrating….

Thank you for commenting on my comment! Thanks also for the encouragement about posting some creations. That’s one of my motivations for recently joining and staying connected to the Burda site. I love sewing and want to make it a priority again. Looking at this site and at everyone else’s creations is immensely inspiring, and I know that pretty soon I’ll just burst if I don’t make something to post too. I’ll alert you when that happens:) All the best to you.
