That’s a good thing since that song is where my name came from. :) I’m a huge SP fan.

thanks for the great comment! ember is 21 months old, how old is yours? :) whereabouts in columbus do you live?
Feb 11, 2010, 11.31 AMby sandoz18
My daughter is also 21 months old (will be 2 in mid-May)! I’m in German Village and haven’t made it up to Worthington since moving back. I lived here 5 years ago for a couple of years, though, so I’m familiar with most areas.

ha! ember was born the last week of may! it’s such a great age, she loves getting dressed up in the things i make for her right now—now if i can get that to last through the teenage years, we’ll be all set :)

Thanks so much for instructions and DEFINITELY for the fabric suggestions : ) I’m going to Atlanta anyway on Tuesday so I’ll definitely look for that fabric store. I’ve never thought about asking SCAD but I’m definitely going to give them a call. Thanks so much for the suggestions.

Hi there! Thank you a lot on the beautiful comment you left on my wall. Actually the belt is not attached and it comes off! I didn’t want to put a zipper nor the elastic band so instead of these two I put the belt which serves as a support. Glad you liked it! Oh, and congratulations on your first creation! Hope more are to follow soon!

Hi there, I’m so glad you commented on my creation. I saw that you were wondering where I got the metallic linen. I purchased it last year from a nearby Joann’s. I have seen it again this year. It came in gold and silver. It’s such a fun fabric. Anyway, I hope that helps you on your search. I can’t wait to see some of your creations!

Hi, thanks for the comments on my bird top! they were made from transfer paper that you can put your own design on, carefully cut out and iron on to the fabric, totally washable and wearable :-) Lovely wedding pics btw
Feb 3, 2009, 03.55 PMby nazlin
Thank you! I used hobby paint, that is made for using on clothes. It is washable if you iron it after painting.
