I learned to sew as a kid, and my first real job was in a fabric store. At 17, I made a suit jacket and skirt from Vogue patterns that had 27 pieces (not including lining), all double-topstitched, and at 24, I made my own wedding dress. However, I'm just getting back into sewing now and am quite rusty.
