    I too had a most excellent teacher – and my mother was a tailoress in her youth. The teacher made us do sample after sample till they were perfect and I still used these as a teacher myself ! Today I made lined winter trousers – I cut out the fabric WEEKS ago !! Next I will make a matching waistcoat and skirt. Look out for these in my projects when finished.

    Thank you for your comments and strange I am wearing that outfit right now ! I keep it for “warmer” winter days and match it with the coat that is featured in my studio.
