I am planning on making my first ever pair of pants but I am not sure which pattern to use. I’m interested in pants that have a slight flare OR straight legged. Which sewing pattern would you recommend for me?

Updated the invisible zipper tutorial I made a couple months ago. I added a tip on how to sew the bottom portion of the zipper near the slider. Always learning, right? :)
