Hi, noticed you were in Aust too… wondering if you can get Burda WOF in Canberra? Didn’t know if it was an Australia thing or just a “Perth thing” that I couldn’t get it! They have such wonderful and detailed patterns that a lot of the members create or use to inspire them

Hi !
I’m originally from Perth, but have lived in Canberra for 15 years now! I have found a few copies of the BWOF mag (i have about 6 of them) but only sporadically and I just grab them when I find the pot of gold (because they are BRILLIANT!). If you find a large indie newsagent with foreign mags, it might be worth asking if they could get them in for you? But if you are like me – I like to see the mag before committing to buy! I once asked my local news agent if they happened to have any ‘out the back’ (I don’t know WHY I came up with that one) but they did!!! heh so it never hurts to ask I suppose!
Good luck with yours, I hope you find some gold!
Cheers,
Lisa (Ninaribena)

I just stumbled on this thread about an affordable subscription for this which would be well worth a look at if you are interested… http://www.burdastyle.com/discussions/someone-help-me/topics/burda-magazine-in-english-is-it-worth-it there’s an email address to get a fast and cheap (half the stand prices I always see) subscription… I’m going for it! xx
