I have recently started sewing again after a gap of a couple of years....like many others I learnt to sew from my mum. I am mum to two and try to sew when they are asleep so everything takes a long time. Originally trained as a painter, I am trying to make sense of motherhood and domesticity....sewing calms me but is inspires me too!
