Dear Ralf! I’m so sorry to hear about your cat. My heart goes out for you and your husband! I have two dogs and two cats and I love them all dearly and can’t imagine loosing any of them. It must be heartbreaking. I hope you will find peace soon and you can think of him with all the happiness he shared with both of you.

dear timea! thank you for your kindness and the lovely words. i feel so lonely and left behind at the moment. he was a wonderful cat and gave us so much! but he is in a better place now and without pain. that is the most imortant!

Congratulations on being this months Celebrity!
I love your dining room it’s very ‘plush’ and I know there’s not much in the way of patterns for men. Do you or have you ever made your own. It’s quite easy once you get the hang of it.
I took a tailoring course many years ago and found that helpfull too.

I’v been wanting to show you these pictures long ago.They were taken in Jerusalem a few months ago.My children ,Adolam and Niva came across a group of German tourists parading at the Jerusalem international parade.The tourists were very excited about the children and they gave them the flag.I find it very heart warming.

Ralf,I read your sewing story as s featured member and tears came to my eyes.I was very emotional (maybe it’s the after birth hormones? :-)) about the fact that your whole world trumbeled because of a nasty illness.I experienced it too,and was very amazed to witness your courage and rare honesty.confessing a phisycal disability to the whole world is something not to be taken for granted.I salute you and your huband for decinding to celebrate life and not sinking into the bitterness of sickness. As for the honor of being a feature member-No doubt your’e the first to deserve it! your’e garments are perfectly stricktly made,without any compromise. Your house looks lovely ant arty,and I especially liked the dining table-first with all your sewing stuff and second – with the dinner stuff.amazing decore with special attention to details.I wish I could be in one of those dinners…Hope you cook as well as you sew… :-)

Thank you. It took a long time… three months… all that hand sewing. I used to dislike sewing by hand, but I think I have become more proficient at it. With this project I have also learned a lot about clothing from this period. The dress was fun to make, and it is a joy to wear. Your ruffled blouse is gorgeous.

My dear dear Ralf, Gloria asked me to read the comments on her" Fabric of friendship", and guess what!!! Here I am in the rainforest…..with much rain outside….and it is raining inside my home too!!! I am crying like a baby, as I read the lovely coments of all our internet friends!!! As I read yours, one second please….going for my hankie and the boat…….I can only tell you one thing: Ralf: you and me are ment to meet, as simple as that!!!! and ofcourse with dear Ludwic, we will never leave him out!!! But I know from my heart, that we are ment to be friends, and that one day, I will embrace you as happy as I did when I met Gloria.
