      yes these books are absolutely amazing! what I find very interesting is what wonderfull things can be done from a basic patern :-) couldnt beleve its so easy as principle :-) I stayed all day on books and I catched ideea :-) I choise a pattern and will start soon to make :-) if I need help I will ask you for it :-) thank you Ralf, you are very very kind and inspireig :-) ps. soon all german man will wear your nijiri sweaters :-)

    Somehow, with my fumble fingers I managed to click on your reply as ‘inappropriate’ which of course it wasn’t but I can’t find a way to reverse it or contact anyone at Burdastyle to correct it. :( Sorry – hope they realise it was a mistake on my part… I was just trying to reply… not sure how I managed it…

      thank you, and NOOOOOOOOOOO it is not too big. i do use always the same sizes….. it is so frustrating, that burdastyle-team seems not to give s**t about my mails and requests. no answer from that side, very very unpolid!

    Hi Ralf, I haven’t seen anything made by you for ages, so I am pleased to read that you are sewing again. An Adam coat looks challenging but I am sure you will produce another beautiful coat.. Are you making it for yourself??? Like Liora, I have been missing you too. I hope you are well and enjoying your summer. I was in Bulgaria and France for 4 weeks and the weather was quite cool for June/July I thought.

    My dear dear Ralf, Gloria asked me to read the comments on her" Fabric of friendship", and guess what!!! Here I am in the rainforest…..with much rain outside….and it is raining inside my home too!!! I am crying like a baby, as I read the lovely coments of all our internet friends!!! As I read yours, one second please….going for my hankie and the boat…….I can only tell you one thing: Ralf: you and me are ment to meet, as simple as that!!!! and ofcourse with dear Ludwic, we will never leave him out!!! But I know from my heart, that we are ment to be friends, and that one day, I will embrace you as happy as I did when I met Gloria. Thank you my darling for your lovely words, that can only fill my life with smiles. Much love….from me…..the one canoeing inside the house!!!! in the rainforest of course!!!

    Dear Ralf! I’m so sorry to hear about your cat. My heart goes out for you and your husband! I have two dogs and two cats and I love them all dearly and can’t imagine loosing any of them. It must be heartbreaking. I hope you will find peace soon and you can think of him with all the happiness he shared with both of you.

      dear timea! thank you for your kindness and the lovely words. i feel so lonely and left behind at the moment. he was a wonderful cat and gave us so much! but he is in a better place now and without pain. that is the most imortant!

    Congratulations on being this months Celebrity!

    I love your dining room it’s very ‘plush’ and I know there’s not much in the way of patterns for men. Do you or have you ever made your own. It’s quite easy once you get the hang of it.

    I took a tailoring course many years ago and found that helpfull too.
