  Have you found any army pics of your hubby yet? We’ve found more from Ft. Sill. My son Tom looks like he’s having a blast! Does Ft. Benning (Georgia?) have Basic Training pics on their website? We saw a Ft. Sill posting that my son’s platoon FAILED inspection and won’t be able to call home for an unspecified amount of time. :(

They’re probably a bit light for the weather here at the moment, but I shall persevere :-) Just wondering – was it difficult to add the godets to your dress? It’s such a great idea. Your dress is definately one of my favourites so far!

    Oh thank you. Maybe Ill try to add a how to on how I did my godets, but I think you should be able to do it. It seems easier to add them in when you add it into a seam then without. Its pretty much a triangle with a curved bottom and sewn in. I had many trial and errors, but finally figured it out. try to google it. Threads magazine did a thing about it, but I think their measurements were off because it totally screwed me up.

    i was gone there the 4th through the 11th…and i learned that a week is waaaaaaaay too long in vegas!! after 3 days i was over it and it just began to look like a big ashtray to me!! it didn’t help that i have never been away from my husband and daughter like that either!

    but the photography convention itself was a-mazing!! we stayed at the mgm.

    wow that is a long time. i have friends that live there so I got to visit with them. I was bummed it was soo cold compared to what it was a week before that. Yeah we were ready to come home too. I go every year sometimes twice. I love to visit vegas. I want to go to the magic show they have every year. I like the MGM good location.

  don’t feel bad, i don’t know if i’ll finish mine either…i have a silent auction i am organizing ( www.heartsncrafts.tumblr.com ) plus i have photography convention in 2 weeks in vegas and i have a million things to do for that before i leave. :(

  I can’t wait for Project Runway either!!!! I <3 it, and am soo happy that they have seasons that are so close together, but before that, when Lifetime and Bravo were having that lawsuit, I was soo annoyed, I wanted to go and call up Heidi Klum and tell her to make up her mind!!!!! Btw, luvvv your designs and such!!!! So creative, so great!!!

    Thank you. Have you watched launch your line, or the other one bravo tried out in place of project runway? I was not a fan of either, but I watched them all. I even watched project runway canada with Iman inplace of Heidi. It still doesn’t compare to the US one

    I actually did watch both of those shows, and I didn’t really like them, they were way to knock-off Project Runway-ish even though they are supposed to be. I don’t get why they replaced a very good show with 2 bad ones even though they were running out of money. Did you see the new Project Runway premiere?
