i looked at them all, you keep it graceful and refined and there are quite a few, aren’t there? congrats, very classy:) maybe i’ll have a take on some beading project soon:D in the meantime i uploaded the project i was telling you about here and i put it along with my other projects on the site in my new blog … i hope you enjoy it! good luck with baking records, let me know how it turns out! … oh and getting back to “no sewing machine” ideas, i’ll also have a take on painting fabrics sooner rather than later… i got some small acrylic color jars to experiment with… i hope your sewing machine finds its way to best health…!

im glad you liked my fantasy bag——→belated happy bday! if you don’t find any attractive hand-sewing projects you can try beading or crochet – i’d say knitting but i know from myself that’s not an attractive thought in the summertime!

Thanks! I had a great birthday. I haven’t found any hand-sewing things I like except this one:
http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/how-to-make-a-purse-from-vinyl-records/instructions/1
To make a purse (handbig to me) out of records, which I hope to tackle this week.
This is one of those great minds think alike moments! I I’m a mad beader! I sell my stuff at craft fairs and online. AND I found a knitting pattern I like for some arm warmers, I just have to brush up on my skills.

the vinyl project is something i really enjoyed seeing:) and yeah there i am thinking of beads- which is something i don’t feel quite confident to approach – and look who i’m talking to! very curious to see your bead work too, and if you’re open to knitting projects i’ll let you know when i post one from my last year’s sack that i was really fond of! … tomorrow maybe!

Umm, you could look at my flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/beadsbyjools/ not everything is on there and some of my photos are horrible! I taught myself beading from books, the techniques are quite easy really if you can hand sew, it’s just the tools that can be expensive. I managed to get all mine on offer or second hand.
I’m going looking for records tomorrow to make the handbag, I’m really excited.
I’d love to see somemore of your projects :o)
