No, I did not have an actual paper pattern. I did some alterations on a bolero that was worn by a bridesmaid. I copied the pattern from that and made a few small deviations from it. Working with faux fur is not difficult if you understand that it is not like other fabrics. There will be no pressing. I usually trim the fur from the seams before I sew a seam. This keeps the stitches from grabbing the fur. You will need to make the lining about 1 to 1 1/2 inches shorter that the outer fur . You will not be able to top stitch when using fur. It is very difficult to find really soft fur so when you find it , grab it.
