I wish I could say anything else but that I’m totally envious! You are the one who’s gonna see anything in India first (out of the two of us!) Although I can’t make any personal recommandations as I haven’t got out of this town yet (Coimbatore), I’m looking forward to hearing abt your adventures and places you loved! Ah I wish you asked me abt Northern Europe, I could have given you ideas abt that (anyway you can enjoy this story: http://2008nordkapp.blogspot.com/ ) . My husband on the other hand said this is the time to see the mountains – from Delhi you can go to Manali for that! Have fun and take some pics for me too!:)

Looking through your projects, I am totally besotted with style. Superb attention to detail. Making me take a look at plaid in a different way. Love love love

I just wanted to say, I do enjoy the things you make. I found your long long long socks and decided to look at your other projects just to find that you are the creator of some of my favorite dresses and other projects on this site! :D

Hi!
I just read your info box, and am wondering if you’re an art teacher through the peace corps? I’m hoping to become an art teacher, I teach art at a park, but peace corps sounds adventurous!

aw… I wish I taught art here… Peace Corps has a primary assignment and then secondary project which you can determine! My primary job is teaching English to college students… fun cause the students are great! My secondary projects are art and sewing clubs with the students. I wrote art teacher cause my degree is in art education and when I’m not in another country I’m teaching art! : )
About Peace Corps… It’s AWESOME! you should totally read up about it and apply online… only takes a bit of time… but the possibilities of where you could end up are so exciting and the experiences are amazing! (sure last night I had a giant spider in my mosquito net with me, EEEK!) but peace corps is a great way to learn a new culture! You live in a culture for 2 years, study the language, and work with the people! I can’t say enough good things about PC! : )
