Hand stitching takes sewing right back to it’s roots. As an “old-fashioned” girl, that is very appealing. Also, I feel that hand stitching offers greater control over where my stitches end up.

A friend made a bracelet for me using 2" wide elastic and a handful of buttons that she sewed to the elastic, covering it completely. I love it. This ring is the perfect accompaniment for it.
